1 Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any class, purchasing a membership, or using any service provided by JustDance, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2 Enrollment & Registration

• All students must complete the registration form and submit accurate personal information.
• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit.
• JustDance reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any individual without providing a reason.
• Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the registration form.

3 Class Schedule & Attendance

Classes are scheduled in advance and communicated via our website, email, or WhatsApp groups.

• Students are expected to arrive on time. Late entry may be denied to avoid disruption.
• JustDance reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Missed classes due to personal reasons are generally non-refundable unless covered under our Refund Policy.
• Make-up classes may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.

4 Fees & Payments

• All fees are payable in advance as per the fee structure displayed on our website or at the studio.
• Fees are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.
• We accept cash, UPI, net banking, and major debit/credit cards.
• Receipts will be issued for all payments.

5 Code of Conduct

All students, parents, and guardians are expected to maintain respectful behaviour within the studio premises.

• Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Students must follow the instructor's directions at all times.
• Appropriate dance attire must be worn during all classes.
• Mobile phones must be kept on silent during class hours.

6 Health & Safety

Students participate in all classes at their own risk. JustDance will not be liable for any injury sustained during classes, provided all safety guidelines have been followed.

• Inform instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions before joining.
• Students should not attend class if they are unwell or have a contagious condition.
• The studio is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

7 Photography & Media

JustDance may photograph or record classes and events for promotional and educational purposes. By enrolling, you grant us permission to use such media on our website and social media platforms. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing prior to your first class.

8 Termination

JustDance reserves the right to terminate enrollment without refund if a student violates the code of conduct, poses a risk to others, or engages in behaviour detrimental to the studio environment.

9 Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify students of significant changes via email or notice at the studio.
