2 No Refund for Live Projects

Once a website is fully developed, deployed, or made live, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. This applies to all website development projects.

3 24-Hour Refund Window
  • Refund requests are only accepted within 24 hours of payment.
  • If no work has started, a full refund will be processed.
  • If work has started, refund will be adjusted based on completed work.

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, the client will be charged for the completed work, and remaining balance will not be refundable.

7 Refund Approval

Kumarsoft reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after reviewing project status and work progress.
