1 Overview

At JustDance, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for class fees, workshop registrations, and memberships. We strive to handle all refund requests fairly and promptly.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to refunds@justdance.com with your full name, enrollment details, and reason for the request.

4 Monthly Membership Fees
  • Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month has commenced.
  • If you wish to pause your membership due to travel or illness, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. We may offer a membership freeze of up to 30 days in genuine cases.
  • Fee adjustments are not available for individual missed classes within a paid month.
5 Special Circumstances

We understand that life is unpredictable. In cases of serious medical emergencies, bereavement, or relocation, please reach out to us directly. We will evaluate each case individually and try to offer a fair resolution, which may include a fee credit, transfer, or partial refund.

6 Transfers & Credits
  • In lieu of a cash refund, we may offer a studio credit valid for 3 months.
  • Fee transfers to another batch or course may be accommodated subject to availability.
  • Credits are non-transferable to another individual.
7 Non-Refundable Items
  • Registration / admission fees
  • Dance costumes, uniforms, or accessories purchased through us
  • Workshop and special event fees
  • Fees for classes already attended
8 Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our management team at manager@justdance.com. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably within 10 business days.
